Kettlebell and Body Weight Boot Camp: class in session now, drop-ins welcome!
Fun fast paced body weight exercises mixed in with simple kettlebell movements give you a great introduction to kettlebells, and makes this a seriously sweat inducing class that will not only get your heart pumping, but will boost your metabolism, make you stronger and more flexible, and lovin' every minute! 1 hour: once a week for 8 weeks/cost: $20 per class:$140 prepaid session (Columbia City Fitness members are eligible for a reduced rate)/prerequisite: none/location: Columbia City Fitness
