Learn how to use kettlebells and other approaches to kick-start your training to safely and effectively keep yourself healthy, vibrant and resilient.  You will learn prep and mobility drills to

 

safely get you ready to load your body with kettlebells. Lastly, you will learn how and when to stretch correctly to increase your flexibility, taking your fitness to a new level.  Perform better, look incredible, bounce back faster and stronger, and out perform those younger!

If you are already an HKC/RKC, you will learn how to safely progress your clients to prevent injuries as they reach their goals.  Andrea Du Cane will teach different modifications for all the basic drills and exercises, and she will give you guidelines on what to watch out for when training older or de-conditioned clients.
