Passing the Groove Your Swing Skills Test enables to you move from the Groove Classes into the next level of Kettlebility classes: 3-Elements, Dramatic Results Bootcamp, and the Skills Workshop Classes.

Passing the 3-Elements Skills Test enables you to move into our 6-Elements Classes.
