Do you have a foundation for success? In Strength 100: The Basics you will build your foundation for success in exercise by learning proper posture, coordination, core function, and breathing patterns. If you’re new to kettlebells, Strength 100: The Basics is for you. You will learn foundational exercises of kettlebell training: the Deadlift, the Swing, and the Turkish Get-Up. Each six-week period focuses on one specific theme, with every successive week building on the last. Do you know how to create incredible strength and power safely and efficiently from the center of your being?  Did you know that if you bring restrictions, asymmetries and faulty movement patterns to the deadlift and swing and other kettlebell movements, they can break you..and fast...

 

 Learn how to prep your movement:
  • “Clear the slate” so that you are ready to take on the power of the swing and make your kettlebell practice powerful and authentic to your body.
  • Correct patterning and achieve the symmetry necessary to harness your power
  • Kinetically link for efficient transfer or movement of power/energy throughout the body
  • Choose which breathing style is most appropriate for your goal
  • Pick the best steps to build each movement

Receive in depth and detailed instruction on:

  • Hip hinge: swings and deadlifts, the ultimate power move - learn proper execution for maximum power and variations to keep you 'entertained'
  • Squat: the prelude to the push press, learn symmetrical movement for the base of power for your push press
  • Press: learn maximum overhead stability for the push press
  • Push press: explosive power kinetically linked from the ground through the center to a stable shoulder and how to keep it symmetrical
