This is for the novice kettlebell user, athletes or anyone who wants private or specialized attention.
We will spend the first session evaluating and learning safe and effective lifting technique both with kettlebells and for life in general. This builds the foundation, and then in subsequent sessions we will use the kettlebells to get the best workout of your life! We can use a variety of exercise equipment and drills to make training effective and fun.
The real value of individual training is that it is totally customized to YOUR needs as opposed to the larger group classes that are for overall fitness.
If you participate in a sport that mandates certain training equipment (powerlifting, etc.) or want to use other training equipment other than kettlebells we will do that.
We also offer free nutritional and lifestyle advice at the end of the training session as time allows.
