Class in session - drop-ins welcome!

Get a hard-core workout and perfect your form at the same time.  Learn more advanced dynamic exercises and upper level techniques: experience how they can be blended into new exercises, routines and challenging variations to add to your kettlebell toolkit.    1 hour/cost: $20 drop-in:$140 for 8 classes/prerequisite: Beginning KB Conditioning or instructor permission/location: Greenlake Indoor Kettlebell Training Location
